Jeff Moji is a seasoned technology executive and the driving force behind Blue Phakwe Consulting. After beginning his career in the United States, integrating engineering design with market-facing product development. He was also involved in information technology as a systems analyst, application developer, and database administrator.
 
Jeff returned to South Africa to focus entirely on enterprise information technology. His career spans both the private and public sectors, including tenures as an IT Project Manager in telecommunications, an IT manager in the mining sector, and serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in several government departments, including some departments in the security cluster.
 
Today, operating as a Fractional CIO, Jeff provides organizations with on-demand executive leadership. He specializes in IT turnaround strategies, vendor management, risk mitigation, and architecting secure, board-approved roadmaps for Agentic AI deployment.
